Superior LOW CARB BREAKFAST RECIPES: A Review

Hi everyone, Ellen here. I’m writing this review on low carb breakfast recipes and more from an e-product I had bought online, The Paleo Recipe Book with the bonus Paleo Meal Plan. Note that this a review though, if you’re looking for the Paleo website then click here.

Why am I writing this? Well, when I was looking for low carb menu options for my Bed and Breakfast, I had a hard time finding a really good site/cookbook, so I thought I’d write a quick review on the site that helped me for you guys. Here we go!

Low Carb Breakfast Recipes - Healthy Breakfast

I started to prepare for our first coming guests, who had by the way already made reservations as early as two weeks before actual opening day. We were on full, so I planned the first breakfast our guests were having from the low carb breakfast ideas on the Paleo 8-Week  Meal Plan. The Meal Plan is a great companion to the Paleo Recipe book, since it had everything planned out based on the recipe book. I had no problem choosing what I would be serving for low carb snacks either. The Meal Plan had the recipe name and page number on the Paleo Recipe Book where I could find the healthy low carb recipes I would be using. Ease-of-use: 5 stars

It has been one week after the soft-opening day of our bed and breakfast. Everything was a success. Friends and family came over early evening of our soft-opening day. They were the ones who got first taste of the low carb breakfast options I had lined up for the first week of our B&B. Everyone complimented the rooms, what we had done with them. Some of them had their breakfasts in their bedrooms and got to try out our breakfast-in-bed service. Everyone was happy, and Leighton was so proud. Happiness and satisfaction factors: 5 Stars.

Everything that I had wanted in a meal planning guide, the Paleo 8-Week Meal Plan had. It provided a balanced meal every time, with great low carb fruit suggestions that could compliment the breakfast for the day. Anyone could use the meal plan with the recipe book together without worrying about complicated reading and stuff like that. In fact, I knew if I had hired a cook right then and gave him the product to use as an everyday guide, he would have absolutely nothing to complain about. It would be like I had personally cut up the ingredients for him and was supervising him as he cooked.

But like I have previously said, I won’t be needing a cook just yet. I find comfort in the fact that aside from a really superb recipe book, I have the Paleo 8-week Meal Plan to help me along. With its easy-to-follow format, the user doesn’t have to worry about getting lost in some page with useless information and nothing much to offer in the way of low carb meal ideas. Presentation and simplicity: 5 Stars.

Of course, Leah was there with her family. She was really happy with the low carb breakfast they had in the dining room. I told her it was all because of her that the breakfast part was such a huge success. Without her, I wouldn’t have stumbled on one great product. She was genuinely happy for me. Relationship-enhancement element: 5 stars.

So there you are guys. This is my personal review on the Paleo 8-Week Meal Plan, the perfect companion to the Paleo Recipe Book. This is one neat package I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for easy and delicious low carb recipes.

Two thumbs way up!

Low Carb Breakfast Ideas – One Great Product

Hi, guys! You wouldn’t believe what has just happened to this woman’s search for low carb breakfast recipes. I think I have finally found the answer from one superb online offer. It’s all right here!

But first, the story:

I have been sending out emailed invitations to friends and family this morning. I checked my inbox for replies to the invitations I had sent before today. I saw one from my best friend Leah. She said she’d gladly come for the opening day. Actually, she’d have to fly over from two states away with her lawyer-husband and their daughter. In the message, she had thoughtfully included a link to a site. She ended her message with: I know you’ve geared your B&B to be one on low carb breakfast ideas, so why not check this link out? Hope it gives you many, many low carb recipes for your B&B. See you in two weeks!

The link did not only give me a full eight-week low carb menu plan, it also led me to this one great e-product that provided everything from a low carb breakfast to great ideas for meals for the whole day. Although I have built a personal arsenal of great recipes for healthy eating, the e-product featured in that site that Leah had included in her message would do so much more for me. I love how the pages had been done, the photos and all. The main e-product would serve nicely for my current repertoire of healthy dishes for lunch and dinner and even low carb snack recipes, but the three bonuses that come with it make everything all the more sweet. I need not worry about weekend lunches or everyday dinners with Leighton, the product has covered just about everything.

But what has really gotten me all worked up with excitement is the second bonus product, which provides perfect menu plans for a full two months, including low carb snacks that I can serve my guests with tea or sherry. I have found it all right here, in one terrific site.

I can’t wait to let Leighton know how my best friend from two states over has put an end to my search, and my worries. With all that’s been done by him and me on this project, Leah’s help has proven to be the best thing yet to happen for our B&B. Thank God for best friends!

I quickly replied to Leah’s email. I told her how truly grateful I was that she had sent me the email, and that wonderful bit on the web link. I also wrote about how I’d been waiting for some heaven-sent information on low carb food for breakfast for our B&B.  I told her to come not just on soft-opening day set before the actual opening day, but any time she wanted with her family. I told her she was a real angel, and I couldn’t wait to see her really soon.

So there, my friends, do come and enjoy our low carb breakfast recipes when you come over to visit.

Lost for LOW CARB BREAKFAST IDEAS

I was still at my work desk early evening yesterday looking for low carb breakfast recipes when I suddenly remembered it was time to get dinner going. I just whipped up one of the low carb chicken recipes I knew by heart. I let the staff prepare what they wanted for themselves. But I always made sure that I took care of what Leighton and I had for us both. Just low carb meals and nothing else. The staff knew that, so they just took what they needed from the pantry and did their own cooking.

Leighton was home by 7 pm. He always loves coming home to the low carb dinner I have waiting. After I’d asked him over dinner how his day had been, he asked me about mine. I assured him it was all great, but he might have felt I was going about dinner half-heartedly, so he asked.

“Is anything the matter, sweetheart? Are you having second thoughts?”

I was quick to reply, “No, no. It’s nothing, really. Just finish your dinner.”

He said, “I always finish my dinner, honey. You are such a great cook. I love coming home for dinner with you. But something IS wrong, isn’t it?”

I had to admit, Leighton was astute. I said,”Well dear, everything’s almost set. I believe we’ve done everything that needs to be done at this point. We’re about to open in a little over two weeks now. I must be having the jitters.” I couldn’t possibly blurt out right there and then my trivial concern on low carb breakfast options, right?

“I know, but you’re going to be fine. Everything’s going to be fine. I know you’ll do a great job, no an EXCELLENT job. I’m always here, so you can tell me anything. If there’s anything at all you need….”

“Actually,” I started, “There IS one thing.” I was tempted to blabber like a kid about the low carb breakfast ideas I’ve been so worried about, but quickly checked myself.

“And?” he prodded when I grew silent.

“I haven’t found anything useful on low carb recipes for breakfast till now, and with opening day all set and everything…” I trailed off.

“Oh, baby, is that all?”, and he kissed my cheek. “I’m sure you’ll find something. I am absolutely certain. I believe you’ll come up with a lovely low carb menu for this project. So stop fretting, okay?”, and he gave me a long, hard kiss that took all my worries away.

It’s wonderful to have a husband who can kiss my worries about low carb breakfast recipes away…

No LOW CARB BREAKFAST RECIPES In Sight!

Hello again, Ellen here with a soon-to-open bed-and-breakfast but no low carb breakfast recipes to offer my future guests. I have been supervising the wall-papering in the last two rooms of our 7-room B&B all morning. I’ve decided to take a break and leave the workers alone now; I think they can manage pretty well without me. My staff is busy cleaning the first five rooms that have been finished. Here I am at my work desk, munching on sliced peaches—low carb fruit, if you will.

I haven’t gotten any positive responses to my call for low carb breakfast ideas till now. Leighton has called to tell me the signage company we had hired has put up streamers in town already. He asked how everything was going, so I told him that aside from the fact I hadn’t encountered any major problems with the wallpapering and cleaning, everything was going just fine.

The family house/B&B is located just a stone’s throw away from the beach. The town is just two kilometers away, which was why Leighton and I decided to embark on this B&B business. The perfect location makes our B&B (future, if you will) an ideal business to have.

My greatest problem, as I have mentioned earlier, is finding the best low carb recipes for breakfast to offer our guests. I can’t possibly be serving low carb pancakes all the time. That would definitely degrade the quality of service and accommodations we have been working to offer our guests.

What I have seen on the web so far have been low carb dinner and low carb lunch ideas. I need something I can truly use for our B&B.  Leighton has left the menu planning all in my hands. He’d already taken care of the electrical systems and plumbing and all. I just need to oversee the final leg of the house renovations. Everything has been going quite well at this time.

I have to admit, all these preparations have gotten me all excited, from the conversion to the business licensing to the final set-up. Leighton and I have both been pretty hands on, which makes it all a labor of love, you see. We have been planning to have children when the B&B has been set up and running. By then, I’m hoping to have hired a regular cook. But for now, low carb breakfast options will have to stay on my plate.
